The staff were friendly. i received a complimentary upgrade to a suite. It felt so generous. the hotel had a swimming pool, a nice surprise.

The room needed some tlc. I noticed peeling paint in the bathroom. i could hear noise in the corridors early in the morning. windows at the back faced a side street, and there was quite a bit of noise from a nearby pub.

The valet service were a lifesaver for me. navigating to the hotel was scary but the valet found a spot and parked for me. the hotel location means walk easily to many places. i eat at the aizle restaurant in hotel. Its food be great.

the bathroom design has issues. the floor covered in water after each shower. the mattress were too firm. i couldnt sleep well on it, what a pity.

A gentleman at reception upgraded our room to 572, a top floor location, and it had a fine castle view. I appreciated this kind gesture. The spa was impeccably clean and created a relaxing experience..

The steam room drain had some paper scraps present, alongside hair and debris.
